`Are you a licensed plumber?`

Our plumbing licence is - PL10574, and our gas licence is GF013771- we also do gas servicing on housing, commercial and marine including caravans and motor homes.

`How do I make a booking?`

`How many years of experience do you have?`

I have been plumbing and working in the peel region for over 18 years, being involved in a lot of Mandurah and Rockingham's growth from schools and apartment buildings to domestic and industrial maintenance along the years.

`What areas do you service?`

We mainly service Mandurah and the greater Peel region but don’t hesitate to call if you live outside of this.

`There is smell of gas in my home how do I know if there’s a gas leak?`

Immediately turn off your gas valve located in the meter box and wait for our assistance. We will test the gas for leaks and make any repairs necessary.

`My water bills have been high this quarter, do we have a water Leak?`

There is a good chance there could be a leak in the water system, most signs of a water leak are an unusually high water bill, a water meter ticking over faster that usual or a humming noise coming from inside your home, we will locate your leak and make repairs to get your water bills back down in the future. We will supply a leak allowance and get you reimbursed for your high water bill!

`Do you charge a call out fee?`

No we do not charge a call out fee.

`Do you do free quotes?`

Yes, we are happy to leave you with a free no obligation quote!

`How often should I service my hot water system?`

You should be checking your relief valve operation every 3-4 months and replace them every 5 years. These valves release the pressure in your tank preventing the tank from splitting, once a tank has a split in it you are up for a new hot water system so checking these valves is crucial! Anodes in storage hot water units should also be replaced every 5 years to prevent the minerals from eating away at the tank walls.

  I purchased a toilet from Hi groves and they gave me about 4 plumbers to call who they recommend. I called them all and Clint was by far the cheapest AND friendly. He picked it up for me and arrived on time and very polite, uniforms on which I really like because it just feels more professional. Toilet was installed 10/10 AND what a true gentleman he helped me to plug in my washing machine as I was worried I may have done it wrong and didn’t want a leak. He didn’t have to do this but he did :) These guys are definitely my pick for future plumbing I’m extremely fussy and Clint’s friendly nature and good pricing won me as a customer.
